News & Updates

First of all I'd like to give a special thank you to lil bug* who was the first and only one to donate to NeverLand. Secondly, I've been working on some changes that you will probably see in the next week or so. You'll definately be noticing some visual changes, and I'm also working on trying to add a new script where you can rate the poems. Keep your fingers crossed, I haven't had any luck yet but will keep trying. So if you haven't stopped by NeverLand lately, swing by sometime next week and let me know what you think of the changes.

NeverLanders Around the World

Sill and some other NeverLanders proposed a great idea to me the other day, why don't we make a list of where everyone comes from in all of the states? Why the USA? Because that's where the majority of NeverLanders seem to live. If this is successful then every month we'll do a new country. I have started a list of people from the profiles, if you're name isn't already on it please send an e-mail to newsletter@fly2neverland.com with your name/nickname and what state you live in. You can see what we've got so far by clicking here: American NeverLanders - By State.

Question of the Month

Sticking with our "getting to know your neighbour" theme, this month's Question of the Month is what country should we do next? And why? Swing by the NeverLand Message Board and let us know.

Coming Out

Coming out is a big deal, to yourself as well as to others. For many it is a process that can take years or even decades. For some it it's an overnight realization, as if someone flicked a light on inside of them. Whatever way it comes, it will undoubtable change your life. Being true and loving yourself is one of the most important things in life. If you don't love and respect yourself, how can you ever expect anyone else to?

If you are still unsure about your own sexuality, I recommend reading the following resources:

Books:

cover The Homo Handbook
A lighthearted pat on the back for those gays and lesbians thinking of coming out of the closet provides a ten-step strategy filled with entertaining quizzes, cartoons, and advice.

Online Brochures:

Are you totally out or totally in the closet? Why not share your coming out story and help our questioning ladies? Share your thoughts or and stories on the NeverLand Message Board

Humorscopes:

Aries (Mar 21 - Apr 19) - For you failure is not an option. Make sure that the cost of winning isn't too high.

Taurus (Apr 20 - May 20) - Surround yourself with all things sensual, after all, that's what you like best.

Gemini (May 21 - June 20) - You're not nearly as desperately alone as you may think you are. Keep searching and you will find the soulmate you seek (if you haven't already).

Cancer (June 21 - July 22) - The only thing to fear is fear itself.

Leo (July 23 - Aug 22) - If you play your cards with this month, people really will bow before you and worship you like you think everyone should.

Virgo (Aug 23 - Sept 22) - Start something new today, you need to keep occupied in a relaxing way.

Libra (Sept 23 - Oct 22) - It's okay to be alone. You always have a friend in youself, and your sharp intellect and charming ways will always draw people to you.

Scorpio (Oct 23 - Nov 21) - If you don't already have one, find a hobby that you love and that is relaxing.

Saggitarius (Nov 22 - Dec 21) - It's time to slow down for a minute. You deserve a break today, your health will thank you.

Capricorn (Dec 22 - Jan 19) - You need to go wild this month. Have fun, dance, sing and enjoy life. You need to stop worrying what other people think.

Aquarius (Jan 20 - Feb 18) - This month you need to just kick back, get comfy in a hammock and daydream the day away.

Pisces (Feb 19 - Mar 20) - You deserve a footrub today.
