Dreams

By Lutecia

Oh dear, it is time,
night is yeasting,
powers of lanterns mature.
Exuberant myriad of flowers and scents,
come into my dreams!
Don't you see, moon's fainting on canvas, life disappear?
Darling, please hurry, don't look back,
rude ships milting silence of the city;
washing away smudge in the sewage plants...
Oh, no, bridges are closing,
in the morning oath to be forgiven again.
You didn't cross...two strands mutually exclusive...
your peaceful breath shelters my town,
sanctuary of your arms above me,
I follow tail of the scintillating cat,
towards the sinful harbor,
to nudge its muffle into milk bowl of the sea
and scour the desire for affection in my dreams.
