I think of you when i awake
at home in my bed
I think of you when i dream
and as i lay my head
I think of how we could be
and how it would be grand
I think of the stars above
and lying in the sand
I think of your smile
and the way you make me blush
I think of time spent with you
and how I'd never rush
On lonely nights
thoughts of you warm my heart
And i wonder how have you
done that from the start
There are so many things about you
that are tender to the touch
Like how you make me happy
and how your sweet so much
I think of when the days were new
when you came into my life
I think of how a girl like you
will make a great wife
Someday a lucky person
will hold the title dear
Of your lifetime partner
Of your presence near
I think of just a chance with you
to see if sparks will fly
I'd put you on a pedestal
so high up in the sky
You'd be able to touch the stars
and sit up on the moon
I anticipate to see you next
I know it will pass too soon
I think of slow soft kisses
and how they make me feel
I think of when you hold me
and how my heart just peals
I think and often wonder
why me, and how
I think maybe i think too much
I think I'll call you now
