Feelings

It makes me happy just being by your side
All those feelings I just cannot hide
You will always be there in my heart
I cannot bear the pain when we are apart

Nobody is as special as you are to me
Now I hope you are beginning to see
Just how much I care for you
And all my feelings will always be true

I cannot describe how much I care
But when you need me, I will be there
To wipe those tears when you are sad
To make you happy when you are mad

Who do you dream of as you drift off to sleep
Is it my face that haunts you in slumber so deep
Who do you reach for on a cold winter night?
Is it my name you call out in mornings first light

Who do you long for when you're there all alone
Is it my body's warmth, and the passion we've known
For I dream of you your face haunting me still,
It's you that I reach for abandoning all will,
It's you that I yearn for when I'm here all alone,
Missing your body - and the passion we've known.
