Color blends in the dark
of closed eyes and open mouths
breath against night
against skin

Her name like the earth
she drew you in
her body
passing through your hands
and,
mind you-
not exclusively
the sun rises on
empty space
beside you

fool

my heart-soul-body-being
here
waiting
wanting willing

to reverse polarity
to
hold you
now
later
tomorrow
