Your Glare By Lezzie
Please don't look at me like that,
Or treat me like I'm not real.
This is who I am,
I can't control the way I feel.
Voices around me whispering,
About me I fear,
"That's so gross, Oh how sick,
I can't believe she's a queer!"
It's not that big of a deal,
Seriously it's not.
Fear is the reason,
For these hatred thoughts.
Just because I like girls,
Doesn't mean I like you.
Believe me 'cause I Don't,
I hate the things you do.
You talk about me with your friends,
I pretend I don't know.
'Cause your words hurt so bad,
But hurt I do not show.
And if I did would you care,
Of course not, not at all.
If I were to jump off a cliff,
You'd say "enjoy the fall!"
So I say nothing,
Like I don't even care.
But the truth is,
I can't stand your evil glare.
