I Have Loved Her

How could I leave her?
With every atom, no,
With every eve of my being,
Doubting her love.

How could I hate her?
With every eve of my being,
Regretting the time
I waited for her.

How could I love her?
With every eve of my being,
Knowing,
That we breathe as one.

How could I think of her?
With every eve of my being,
Splitting my brain from that inner voice,
That is hers.

How could I have loved her?
When I love her....still.
