Blue Fire

Magic in your hands
That play the wires of music I sing upon
Sapphire in your eyes
I follow and know when
Hugs that envelop me, turning my blood
from cold to lava flowing
in warm hues glowing infrared
I am a bonfire with embers from my heart
A sparkler ignited, set apart
I send song by your direction
And the notes become bits of flame offered to
the Liturgy.
