Sweetie Cherry, I can't let you go

I had this dream
Once upon a time
And long ago
I fell in love a gal
Who made my heart glow.

Our love was wonderful
She was sentenced to die
I watched as she suffered
My heart filled with pain
And I began to cry
The dream ended.

Years later, I met a gal
We locked stares, eye to eye
I fell in love
With the way she looked at me
She was the one, were meant to be.

Nothing happened for a while
Month had past
I was going to giving up my feeling for her
When at last I realized that she was the gal
From my dream, I'm sure I know
That's why I still love her.
I can't let you go
Because we're once in love
