hatered

you hate me because I am different
because I do not fit into your reality
but what about my reality
my truth, my justice
does that count for nothing

crude, rude words said from a hateful soul
struggling to drown out the passion that I hold
but I am stronger
my passion has a desire
longing to be set free
my every word unraveled and twisted
into something that I am not

do not judge me because you do not see
because you can not see who I am, who I really am
for I do not judge thee
for your trust passing on my open heart
pass by me but do not pass judgment
for we will all have our judgment day
and I, oh I can speak for my actions and love
but what of your hate?
that is where your judgment lies
in the bleeding emptiness do my eyes begin to cry
but alas they are not for me
they are for you
in hopes that one day your hatred will die
