It's the dizziness that I feel
When you smile at me
The love in my heart is so real
You made me realize
That it is quite possible
To have your breath taken away
So quickly
So suddenly
So forcefully That the only way
I can sleep at night
And live each day
Is with you
Holding me tight
Taking my hand
Wiping my tears
Kissing my lips
And guiding me through
Life's harsh battles
Helping me to understand
That you can't change the past
Only focus on the future
And my future is
You by my side
Keeping me whole
Keeping me safe
Because without you
My life would be
Dark
Incomplete
Empty
And I thank God
